These Terms of Service govern use of the MedTech Management website and related communications. MedTech Management provides nationwide telehealth and health and wellness services. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Use of the website

The website is provided for general information and to help you contact us or request services. Information on the website is not a substitute for emergency care or a personal evaluation. Do not use the website or SMS for emergencies or time-sensitive medical needs; contact local emergency services instead.

Submitting a form, sending a message, or requesting information does not by itself create a provider-patient relationship, guarantee availability, or guarantee that a request will be accepted. If you choose SMS, messages may be sent to or from 412-207-3770. SMS is optional, and message frequency may vary. Carrier message and data rates may apply. To stop nonessential messages, reply STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact support@medtechmanagement.com. We may send administrative or service-related messages when reasonably needed. SMS is not a secure channel for sensitive information; do not send sensitive health information by text unless specifically requested through an appropriate channel.

Acceptable use
