The first step in becoming a new patient is to complete your Patient Consent Forms. These forms are necessary in order for us to provide treatment to you.

Once your Patient Consent Forms have been received, you'll proceed to get your Lab Work completed.

Your Lab Work will then be evaluated by your doctor and discussed during your initial telehealth consultation.

Once your telehealth has been completed, your doctor will provide you with the perfect treatment plan.

You'll be able to continue to order your medications directly through MedTech as we monitor your progress and provide expert recommendations.
